While I was a looking a web design company that can make a good layout for a new site of mine I thought that I could spare some money and try to create my own design. My aim is web 2.0 design or at least something that could be close to web 2.0 (rounded corners, very simple and attractive design), something like Leisuretime Vip, I really like their design. Anyway this is just an example because there are many other great designs on the web.
Armed with my Photoshop I googled for tutorials, specially web 2.0 photoshop tutorials and I found 68.900.000 results, nice huh ? With all the tutorials for buttons, badges, headers, text effects and many other things I think is better to make your own design than pay someone to do it for you.
I must say that you don’t need to know to much about Photoshop because you can find nice tutorials that will tell you what to do step by step, you only need some patience and some free time, which in my opinion worth the effort.
Now I have to work on my new design and I will show it to you when it will be done, I am sure that will be a nice one. Until I will finish my site layout I thought it will be nice to share some of the best tutorials that I found online…

CGI proxies are very helpful when you want to be completely anonymously. They act like a buffer between you and the outside world.
With a CGI Proxy you request the page from the proxy, and then the proxy makes the request to the page you want to view, simply giving you the result and tricking the server into thinking that the proxy made the request. As far as they are concerned, you don’t exist, and therefore your privacy is protected.
There are a lot of top proxies sites over the internet and there you can find proxies but the best way to find only CGI proxies is to search on Google, here are a few queries which will show you only CGI proxies on Google:
Be aware of the PHP proxies, I personally hate them, they are shown to the server you request as anonymous proxies and you might have some problems viewing some web sites, so be sure the proxy you are using is CGI.
